Sadly, mass shootings are not the rarity they once were. I published this episode in November 2018 after the mass shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. Unlike other Samhain rituals I've done where animal spirit guides help us connect to the realm of the ancestors, the animal spirit guides in this ritual are to help the survivors of a mass shooting.
